Everyday Yoga Basics will be an accessible, trauma informed yoga class for all levels of mobility and experience. This practice could be enjoyed as a chair or mat practice per individual preference or need. Participants will be supported with instruction, props, options and choices throughout the practice .During this relaxing and informative exploration participants will be invited to use basic yogic practices and principles.
