We will be giving an informational session regarding how schools, staff, and administration can be more trauma informed and assist students in the buildings. We will discuss the benefits of trauma informed care as well as what behaviors that can be exhibited in the classroom including best ways to respond. ( We will need to do this prior to 11 am, if possible).
As educators we know the impact that a positive message can have for our students, colleagues, and families. However, these positives are often pushed to the bottom of our list from week to week because we are triaging all the things we need to do for our classroom or role! Want to carve out some time to do just that and write those positive notes? Then sign up for this session! Postcards, notes, colorful pens, and some snacks will be provided so we can relax, build up our students, colleagues, and families, and feel good that we got these finally crossed off our list!
You've given DIBELS, now what? You will have a gold mine of fresh data coming in this month. This session will guide you through how to analyze and make instructional decisions. We will use reports to answer questions such as: Which students are growing? What are student strengths? What are their areas of need?
